Phase 1- Client Interview

Discovering the essence of a product and company is the first step in understanding our clients' needs.  During the interview we will discuss your company's current position, such as your current website, primary market / products / services, competitive advantage and existing audience, as well as learn about your future plans and goals and what you plan to achieve through the project.  By getting a better understanding of your initial goals we can create a foundation that carries through to your final design.

Phase 2- Proposal

After meeting to discover your goals Thinking2 will deliver a proposal that is tailored to your company.  We will provide a project summary that addresses the products and services needed to reach the desired product and include a synopsis of the website that will also explain some of the "methods to our madness".

Phase 3- Research/Planning

Upon approval of the proposal we begin by utilizing the information acquired during the Client Interview to begin to plan an in-depth project design.  Competition analysis will be conducted, as well as consideration of various site designs you found appealing.  The creation of a foundational Site Map will outline how we envision your site functioning and will aid us in assessing development requirements for your site so that it can run seamlessly with its design.

Phase 4- Design

At this phase we focus both on the graphic design and the web design, where the graphic design creates the look and feel, and the web design creates an outline of how the site will flow and work.  Thinking2 will provide design options that are unique to your business and its goals so that your company can stand apart amongst your competitors.  We also can provide content writing services including research, writing, organizing, assembling, and editing the site's text content.  The completion of the design phase will result in a seamless integration of visual and functional designs.

Phase 5- Development

After the design has been approved the development of the site begins.  At Thinking2 we cover all the bases from preparing the necessary hardware and software components required for deployment of your project, including network and server equipment as well as database, server, and middleware software; to providing you with a dynamic site that puts you in control of your company's ever changing content.  To ensure your site works efficiently we will also conduct rigorous testing and site corrections while at the same time working with you to review the final product.

Phase 6- Deploy

Deployment takes your site live so it can be available to the rest of the world.  During this process we continue to monitor your site to make sure it is running as expected and to evaluate the traffic being generated by your site.  Though deployment may seem like a final stage we are aware that your company and its products and services can be ever-evolving.  Because of this we not only offer maintenance, SEO and hosting packages, but are also ready to assist you in any updates, modifications, or complete re-designs.

Phase 7- Enhance

After the deployment of your site we take the extra step by submitting your site to the top search engines.  If you choose to optimize your site with one of our SEO services we will also submit your site to various search engines and directories in order to meet your SEO needs. For those that have an SEO maintenance package, we will continue to enhance your site's visibility to the search engines, as well as the public.  We also offer marketing services such as newsletter and email campaigns that can help you stay connected with your clients and keep them coming back.
